• Welcome

Welcome to the legendary Dark Warriors of Club Penguin Online

On the original Club Penguin, we were ranked as the strongest army in history. We were created in October 2007 by Ambrosha, and we lived until 2015. We had many wars with legendary armies – and now in 2019 we have made a return to Club Penguin Online

The Dark Warriors do not necessarily seek to do what is right. We seek to grow our army and become the biggest, providing a fun environment for all our troops.

    We burn the light!

DWNC: Current DW Troop Chat Guide

Frosty, DW Chat Pool | If you remember from last time I wrote a guide post, I wrote a post about DW chat for new recruits. But what about a chat guide for current DW troops? Well, here’s the guide that you’re looking for!

Click on Continue Reading for more!

I’m assuming that if you’ve been here for a while, you know how to PC, PM, chat, etc. This is how you can use chat to moderate, hype, and more.

Membering/Banning/Kicking/Guesting

Only moderators and owners can do the things above to moderate DW chat. If you don’t already know how to do this, you click on the player’s name and click on whatever function you would like to do. If you’re banning or kicking, make sure you have a reason (unless it is obvious) and type in the reason. Also, make sure you ban the person for an appropriate time. If the person was just being rude, you don’t need to ban them for 6 hours. If you want to ban a person forever, then you leave the hours portion empty (the default time is 1 hour).

Make sure you know the difference between disciplinary action and abuse. Don’t use it if it is unnecessary, and if it is a warning, use a kick (or even just tell them on chat) instead of a ban.

Bot Commands & Other Functions

As you may know, we have a FexBot, known as “Dark Warriors Moderator.” There are some interesting and fun functions. If you want a list of commands, say “!commands”. REMEMBER: If it is during an event don’t do love tests or misc slapping or any nonsense like that. You need to focus on the event. Remind others to do the same.

Some common commands to use are “!users” which tells you how many users are online. Leaders may use “!misc mostactive”, which will show who has been on this chat the longest. They may promote this person (unless it’s themselves or a high ranked troop)!

Also, if you’re new, don’t be surprised if the bot doesn’t let you do something, don’t feel bad. The higher you rank up, the more you can do with the bot. Just remember, STAY FOCUSED during events.

Finally, there are 2 handy things you can do. I think everyone can do this (not sure), but if you type in “JOIN DW” and enter only that, the bot will say a message after that. This is handy when new recruits come to chat.

Staying Focused and Appropriate

Staying focused and appropriate can be hard for some, but remember, if you’re a mod or an owner, people look up to you for guidance. You are the role models of this army, so set a good example for your peers.

Make sure that you stay focused during events and remind others to do the same. Don’t do random love tests during events when you should be hyping/listening for orders. Also, remember to be appropriate. Just because you’re 18 or something (hypothetically speaking) doesn’t mean you can throw around cuss words. It not only deters recruits but it also puts a damper on our army’s reputation.

So, if you follow all of my guides and tips, you should be the ideal Dark Warrior! Please look out for my DW Ultimate Guide that I will be posting soon. Until then, BURN THE LIGHT!

~Agt R

P.S. Leaders and fellow Dark Warriors, I sincerely apologize for being not active for the past week. I was on vacation somewhere without a computer (and I don’t have a smartphone or laptop), so I will understand if I get demoted to a member. Personally, I don’t think I’m worthy of being a DW moderator.
