• Welcome

Welcome to the legendary Dark Warriors of Club Penguin Online

On the original Club Penguin, we were ranked as the strongest army in history. We were created in October 2007 by Ambrosha, and we lived until 2015. We had many wars with legendary armies – and now in 2019 we have made a return to Club Penguin Online

The Dark Warriors do not necessarily seek to do what is right. We seek to grow our army and become the biggest, providing a fun environment for all our troops.

    We burn the light!

How do battles work? In Club Penguin armies, we use many tactics & formations to combat our opponents.

Why do we have battles? Most of the time, we have battles to determine who will own a server. Most of these type of battles occur during wars. Some armies will also have “practice battles.” Practice battles are mainly for fun, and obviously, for practice as well.

What are formations? Formations are used to make an army look organized. They are basically lines or shapes that army members will organize themselves into. There are many types of formations that an army may perform. For example, they may make a diagonal line across a room, or make a line along the chat bar on Club Penguin.

What are tactics? Tactics are what is used to fight against an opponent in a battle. Some tactics that may be used are emotes, words/phrases, or motions. (such as throwing snowballs or bombing)

As it is explained above, formations are used to make an army look organized. Armies may use different shapes, or lines, to organize themselves into. If the leader wishes to do so, they may even have their army make a formation of letters. The main formations are:

  • – Circle
  • – Chat bar Line
  • – Diagonal Line
  • – Horizontal Line
  • – Vertical Line
  • – X-Shaped Line
  • – Plus Shaped Line

For reference, here are a few of them:

Circle, most common.

Plus formation, very common.

S formation, very uncommon and rarely used.

Specialized Tactics

Consistently throwing snow balls at an opponent or designated object until commanded otherwise.

A one-dimensional figure. After ordered to do this, form a line starting with the the person leading and go downwards in any order. Don’t pile up; try to make the line look as long and straight as possible, also making us look more formidable. The line may go any which way possible such as horizontal, vertical, or even diagonal.

Run at a designated opponent and/or object. Obscuring them from view.

Joke Bomb

A little more effective than a regular charge. A Joke Bomb not only obscures the opponent but what is said by them will be blocked by jokes. When ordered to do this, press the “J” key on your keyboard while running at your opponent.

Form some sort of perimeter around a person or object. This gives us the tactical advantage if done correctly. Take into consideration the size of our army before making the shape and/or size of the perimeter.

War Cry

During an event such as a war, practice battle, or recruiting session tell any rogues on club penguin to join in. Maybe you can yell, “Turn Black”, or something of that nature. This is basically the same as recruiting, but during a war it really helps to get as many people as possible to join and assist in defeating an opponent.

War Faces

Repeatedly hitting “E9” on your keyboard.

Puke faces

Repeatedly hitting “E8″on your key board. This is used when the opposing army does a joke bomb or a fail tactic.

(Note some of these are original tactics created by this army for this army)

Blending In

When an army may charge at you, during this attack, change into the enemies’ clothing in order to create a wave of confusion among them. They will hopefully wonder where we have gone. This will catch them off guard and leaves a perfect opportunity to make a counter attack. After a while change back into our uniform and surprise them with with some sort of smug expression or just simply charge them. (Works best with massive armies)

Reading the News

When an army may charge at you, before they attack, click on the Newspaper icon to simply read the news. This tactic really annoys the attacking army since you are ignoring them and it is simply hilarious. When reading the news you are blinded by it and cannot see what the opposing army is doing. For this reason, we will have one scout to report and inform us when we may exit Newspaper mode and begin our assault.

Geometrical Formations

Not the easiest thing to do to, but the end result is truly magnificent and an act to behold and admire. If you know your shapes then this makes our job easier. For example, when commanded to make a circle you must make this shape but taking into consideration our size as well; be careful not to make the circle too big or too small. This applies with all shapes. When doing this try to fill up all the empty spaces instead of crowding around on one particular area. It makes the shape look all the more better.

Battle Tips

During our battles, we do tactics, which is when the whole army does a specific command ordered by a leader. To be the best troop possible, it is important that you perform tactics to the best of your ability. Here is a list of every emote that can be done on Club Penguin.

The Bunching Rule

Another important thing that needs to be done on the battlefield is known as spreading out. No, not like spreading butter on toast, but spreading out as an army so we don’t bunch up. We all want to appear bigger than the other team, don’t we?

During battles, you should NOT look like this:

No bunching

What’s wrong with this picture?

  • When we are bunched, our army looks smaller and unorganized
  • It confuses troops into thinking that’s one person if they don’t look at it close enough
  • It makes it harder for the leaders to see all of their troops!

During an event, leaders will tell you to use a certain shortcut for a tactic, or tell you to type in a phrase. Before leaders do a tactic, they will announce which tactic is being done, and countdown to when you should perform the tactic. Emotes are the most commonly used tactics in armies. For that reason, leaders use emote shortcuts to name and use the emotes.

Remember to report to our chat box @ http://xat.com/NWHQ and listen to your leaders for orders. If a random says to go to another room, it is best that you simply ignore them and move on.
