The Dark Warriors and Aliens have officially announced a new alliance titled the Dark Galactic Alliance. In this post, we will discuss how this alliance came to be and talk to a Leader of Aliens for their thoughts!
On January 23rd, we officially announced our alliance with Aliens, titled the Dark Galactic Alliance. To some, this may have been a shock. Yet, to others, this may have been inevitable. But let us take you back to where it all began. In the early days of Dark Warriors‘ revival, we looked at the community and were selective about who we chose to align ourselves with and who we did not. We did not actively seek alliances, but all armies eventually align with another army, so we did have discussions over time.
A few months after reviving, some armies were discussed, and one of the armies which were mentioned was Aliens. Aliens are an army within the community which took the community by storm ever since they revived, much like ourselves. Yet, their successes were not handed to them; they have worked hard to get to where they are. We can’t state how much respect we have for their grind. We also saw some similarities between ourselves and Aliens in terms of the grind and reviving an army from scratch. They have been an underdog within CPA and their Leaders are highly respected by us.
Yet, despite our thoughts about alliances, we did not make any moves. On October 27th, 2025, our two armies clashed after winning the October Horrors tournament (DW in the SM tournament and Aliens in the Major). Even though our two armies were both competing for the win, there was a lot of love between us. As armies, we had not interacted much up until that point, yet there was an underlying respect on both sides. This led to a moment being shared towards the end of the event.
A couple of tactics were sent, alluding to an alliance between the two of us being made. Thus, after the event, I made contact with Aliens Leader, Best Penguin, to talk about what occurred and to state our interests in making an alliance. We both had similar thoughts and shared respect for the other army, but we wanted to test the waters before rushing into things.
After a few months of conversations and observations, we both gained a deeper understanding of the other army, and it was plain to see that an alliance was inevitable. On January 4th, we both confirmed our intentions to create an alliance between the two armies. However, we wanted to make it special, so we waited for the right time to host an event when we were both free. Ultimately, we decided to schedule an event on January 24th to celebrate the newly created alliance.
To get to know more about this alliance’s creation, where it all began, and their thoughts, we approached BP for an interview.
For those who may not know much about Aliens, could you share a bit about the army?
Aliens is an army since 2018. We had a good run till mid-2020. During these 2 years, we became a major army. After 4 years, we came back again in 2024 and within a few months, we became major once again. Aliens is an army known for its love and family like environment. We believe in kindness and empathy. We stand for our values no matter what the situation is. We stay true to our alliances till the very end.
When did an alliance between Dark Warriors and Aliens become a topic of conversation? Could you share any insight from Aliens’ POV?
The alliance talks were started between the two communities after the Super Cup battle back in October. When Dark Warriors approached us, we had little idea about them as a community, so we decided to silently observe. Our first impression of Dark Warriors was good, as the battles we had were super fun and showed us the potential of Dark Warriors in the future. Aliens’ alliances are usually based on trust, and despite the potential of DW, we wanted to make sure that their community could be trusted and had almost the same morals as our community.
What are your overall thoughts on the newfound alliance?
The alliance between us feels super promising. Dark Warriors as a community is amazing, and the leaders are welcoming. We believe this alliance will stay loyal to each other for a long time, and hopefully together, this alliance can be an example of being true friends.
Can troops expect to see more joint events in the future?
Yes troops can expect to see more fun joint events together!
